Alaris Capital UK was founded by Yevgeny Bebnev in April 2021 with a clear thesis: institutional-grade crypto was underserved, and the fund-of-funds model was the right entry vector.
That first vehicle — an institutional crypto fund of funds — was subsequently acquired by a Family Office-backed venture, validating the thesis and funding the next chapter.
Today, Alaris operates across three verticals that share a common DNA: find the asymmetry, build the infrastructure to access it, and wrap it in institutional governance.
